Everything went according to plan, hotel bookings and car were all in place and your directions were easy to follow. The accommodation was generally of good quality. The itinerary was well planned and the included excursions to Denali Park and Kenai Fiord were very enjoyable. As a result of ferry timetables we spent only one night in Skagway with one in Haines. We found this preferable to the two nights originally planned for Skagway and thought Haines was a quieter more pleasant place without the cruise ship crowds. You might consider offering this as an option. Although Alaska is not a cheap place to travel, I thought your trip offered good value for money. And seeing a mother grizzly with her two cubs in Denali was as they say priceless.
